Resturant style Paneer Makhanwala

Paneer 500gms

5-6 Medium Onions paste

1-2 Tomatoes paste

8 oz Tomato sauce

5-6 green chilis (according to your taste)

1 Tblsp Ginger garlic paste

1/2 tps Haldi

1/2 tps Red chili powder

1 tps Garam masala

1 1/2 cup Heavy cream

Salt according to taste

3 Tblsp oil

1-2 tej patta

1/4 cup cashew paste


Chop onions in to 4 squares separate it by hand add some oil and salt to it, put in micro oven for 3 minutes then remove it stir it and again for 3 minutes till the onions are well cooked, onions has to be cooked too well then take out from micro oven make paste of it.


Take a heavy bottomed pan, heat oil in it add tej patta, add onion paste and fry till oil separates, add green chili, ginger garlic paste fry for a while, add cashew paste, fry it for about 3-4 mins, then add fresh tomato paste fry for a while and add tomato sauce to it now add all masalas to it and let cook till oil separates about 20 minutes, in the end add heavy cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Serve it with Naan
